Is this a general question whether there are any jumpscares/dark areas/too intense moments? Or it's more of a rhetorical question of horror component and meaning in the game? I will be happy to answer any (or both)!
I see! There are no classic jumpscares(like sudden spooky picture for the whole monitor) and/or sudden loud noises But! There are one moment, when you should turn your camera to the left and suddenly you will see a character standing there. I wouldn't consider it for a jumpscare, but this segment might be uncomfortable for some players. So please decide what's will be best in your situation and take care! It is absolutely fine if this will be the reason for you to not play the game. If i can help in any way possible please let me know!
I am not even quite sure I know what I just played but it sure was interesting and I loved the creepy muppet faces and the absurdist environment (it’s veering into Kafka territory at times). I wonder what you could do without the limitations of a game jam.
Hi! It's happening because it's an archive file, you need program/soft/website that can extract files from archives like that! For example you can use winrar

I love the art style and the ideas of the world so much, I wish it was longer. I'd love more daily experiences, weirdness happening with different conspiracies, different characters that Subvert Dave (until they are Dave? or they were all along, aDve?!) the world has endless potential and for that, I am inspired and so sad there's not more. Thank you for the game!
I feel like that, the first rule of Dave club is: "You do not talk about Dave club, you are the Dave club". Very neat idea for a game, I absolutely dig the art style, would love some graphic settings though, because yes: I ran this game on my laptop which is not much a friend of Unity, had like 15 FPS but uh that is an issue on my part. Overall you should / could make another game in this style, like with the interactable things glowing and all sorts of dialogues (btw clicking mouse repeatedly has resulted in some funny dialogues :D) and most deffinitely stick to the music style, I guess from the credits that it was not made by you (the music I mean) and I do not remember the name of the artist but please let him make the ost for your next, presumably and favoribly, an adventure game. Cheers saur!
I AM DAVE blew my mind! Loved the art style and the different conspiracies in the game. By the way with all those pizza boxes, "DAVE" might have a secret career as a professional pizza eater! 🍕😄 I highly recommend playing I AM DAVE.
This game was awesome! It feels so surreal and weird but in a good way, like living in a dream. The music was also great and the ending just left me thinking. great experience I recommend!
I had a fun time with this game! I thought this was just a neat little game about a guy with a funny plot twist, until I saw that it was submitted to a game jam that ended not too long ago! The atmosphere was eerily awkward (In a good way) and I love the random interactions between the characters! Keep up the good work!
